What is Covered?
Warranties typically cover defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1 years from the date of purchase (exact duration varies by brand). This includes engine blocks, alternators, major mechanical components, and frame integrity.
What is NOT Covered (Warranty Voiders)
The warranty does not cover damage caused by user error or lack of maintenance, including:
- Using stale or incorrect fuel/oil mixtures.
- Damage from freezing (e.g., failing to winterize a pressure washer pump).
- Routine maintenance parts (spark plugs, air filters, belts, mower blades).
- Using residential-grade equipment for commercial or rental purposes.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If your machine fails due to a manufacturing defect, please email help@luvians.shop with the subject line “Warranty Claim – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include:
- Proof of Purchase: Your original Luvians order number.
- Serial Number: Located on the metal data plate of your equipment.
- Detailed Description & Visual Evidence: A clear explanation of the failure alongside photos or a short video. (We handle this data strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy).
The Claim Process
Our technicians will review your claim within 2-4 business days. Depending on the diagnosis, we will either ship a replacement part, authorize a repair at a certified local service center, or, in rare cases of total failure, arrange LTL freight pickup (as per our Shipping & Delivery Policy) for a full unit replacement.
