At Luvians, we ship large, heavy outdoor power equipment (like generators and riding mowers) straight to your home or job site. Because these items are too big for standard mail, we use specialized freight delivery trucks.
Here is exactly how our shipping works:
1. Delivery Time & Costs
We are proud to offer free shipping on all orders!
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 Business Days
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (PST), Monday– Friday.
- Processing Time (Getting it ready): 1 to 2 business days.
- Transit Time (Time on the truck): 3 to 5 business days.
2. How Does Freight Delivery Work?
Because you are ordering heavy machinery, delivery works a bit differently than a normal package:
- We Will Call You: The trucking company will call the phone number on your order to schedule a specific delivery day and time window.
- Signature Required: An adult must be present to sign for the equipment.
- Curbside Delivery ONLY: The truck driver will use a liftgate to lower the pallet safely to the ground at the end of your driveway or the curb. Please note: Drivers are not allowed to move the equipment into your garage, house, or backyard.
3. Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship only within the lower 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
4. What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
Please look closely at your equipment before you sign the delivery receipt.
- If the machine looks severely damaged, refuse the delivery and write “Damaged” on the driver’s paperwork.
- Please reach out to us promptly so we can arrange for a replacement.
