At Luvians, we ship large, heavy outdoor power equipment (like generators and riding mowers) straight to your home or job site. Because these items are too big for standard mail, we use specialized freight delivery trucks.
Here is exactly how our shipping works:
1. Delivery Time & Costs
We offer Free shipping on all orders!
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard time (Los Angeles)
- Handling/Processing Time : 1 to 2 business days(Monday-Friday)
- Transit Time : 3 to 5 business days (Monday-Friday)
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 Business Days
2. How Does Freight Delivery Work?
Because we supply heavy-duty outdoor power equipment, we utilize specialized logistics. All large items are shipped via LTL Freight and include Curbside Delivery to ensure your machinery arrives safely. If your location requires special accommodations, we can assist with Custom Shipping Quotes.
Please note that we fulfill and ship orders from Monday to Friday. Weekends and national holidays are not included in processing or transit times.
3. Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship only within the lower 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories.
4. What If My Item Arrives Damaged?
Please look closely at your equipment before you sign the delivery receipt.
- If the machine looks severely damaged, refuse the delivery and write “Damaged” on the driver’s paperwork.
- Please reach out to us promptly so we can arrange for a replacement.
