30-Day Return Window & Conditions

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your equipment is delivered to request a return. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

To be eligible for a return, the equipment must be in New, unused, and unregistered condition, in its original packaging.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for a different model, please contact our support team to initiate the process.

Hazmat Safety Rules

CRITICAL: For safety and legal reasons, equipment that has been filled with gas or oil cannot be shipped by freight carriers. All gas and oil must be completely drained before the carrier will pick up the return. Equipment returned with fluids inside will be refused and the return voided.

How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be processed by mail (via coordinated LTL freight carrier).

  1. Email our team at help@luvians.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a Bill of Lading (BOL) for the freight carrier.
  3. We will coordinate with the LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carrier to schedule a curbside pickup at your address.

Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Customer Remorse (Non-Defective Returns): If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model, the customer is responsible for the return freight shipping cost. This cost will be deducted directly from your refund.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the machine arrives defective or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, Luvians will cover the return freight shipping costs.
  • Restocking Fee: We charge no cost ($0.00) for restocking fees.

Refunds

Once your return is received at our Fresno facility and inspected by our technicians, we will process your refund within 7 days. Approved refunds are automatically applied to your original method of payment.
