We want you to be completely satisfied with your Luvians power equipment. If you need to return an item, please read our policy carefully, as heavy machinery and gas-powered engines have strict return safety regulations.

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your equipment is delivered to request a return.

Return Conditions & Hazmat Safety Rules

To be eligible for a return, the equipment must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused, unregistered, and in its original packaging.
  • CRITICAL: For safety and legal reasons, equipment that has been filled with gas or oil cannot be shipped by freight carriers. All gas and oil must be completely drained before the carrier will pick up the return. Equipment returned with fluids inside will be refused and the return voided.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our team at help@luvians.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a Bill of Lading (BOL) for the freight carrier.
  3. We will coordinate with the LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carrier to schedule a curbside pickup at your address.

Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the machine arrives defective or damaged or we sent the wrong item, Luvians will cover 100% of the return freight shipping costs.
  • Customer Remorse: If you are returning the item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model, the customer are responsible for the return freight shipping cost. This cost will be deducted directly from your refund.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Once your return is received at our Fresno facility and inspected by our technicians (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed automatically according to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
